Cancellation Policy
Dear Parents,
At Praise The Way Music Conservatory, we are committed to providing the best possible learning experience for your child and ensuring a smooth and organized process for music lessons, whether online or in person. We believe that clear communication and mutual understanding between the Conservatory instructors, parents, and students are essential to creating a positive and enriching environment for musical growth.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of music lessons. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established a Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy that outlines the procedures and expectations for these situations. This policy aims to strike a balance between accommodating legitimate needs and maintaining a structured framework for scheduling and instruction.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details of our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlined below. We encourage you to discuss these guidelines with your child and address any questions or concerns you may have. Our goal is to foster a collaborative partnership between the Conservatory, instructors, and parents, as we work together to support your child’s musical journey.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our resources and provide consistent quality instruction. Should you have any further inquiries or require clarification, our dedicated instructors will be more than happy to assist you.
Thank you for choosing Praise The Way Music Conservatory. We look forward to continuing this musical journey with your child and helping them unlock their full musical potential.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Mariana Corzo
